Originally known as Shearwater Golf Club, this course is situated in the farming district of Thirlstane, set in natural bushland, 18 km east of Devonport and is one of the best nine hole courses in Tasmania. The course was designed by Peter Toogood. The 144 metre par-3 6th hole is a feature with the green situated between two lakes separated by a 7 metre walkway.
